Each appraisal is completely tailored to the property but each one includes floor plans, mood board imagery, planning history, and any associated project costs and timelines.

Similar to our property appraisals, our property reports give you a comprehensive desk-top study providing you with a full overview of the properties you are viewing and their potential. Each report gives visual aids such as potential floor plans and mood boards, provides a planning history outlining what could be done in the future, and assesses any potential risks, costs and timelines in association with future construction.

Leave a lasting impression by having a Third Knock consultant at your property during viewings. We offer to meet with prospective buyers at the site to sell the vision first hand and answer their questions there and then. We will also leave them our contact details for any follow up information they require.

To assist in your search, we offer to attend property viewings with you, giving our initial thoughts, noting any red flags, and answering your questions in person.

Following a successful purchase, we can provide you with industry recommendations, using our top-tier network for designers, contractors, suppliers, and more. If required, we can also act as a client liaison for the duration of the project.
